It is with pleasure that I can share a little more about me on this platform.
Firstly, what drives me and what is success?? Apart from waking up, having dinner with my family at night and doing what I love to do in between....
Finding fulfillment and mattering! Facing challenges, overcoming them and identifying the meaning, purpose or connection of doing things.
The building blocks for this is purpose and reason, accountability and responsibility, Community and stakeholder management, Transparency, leadership and empowerment. In all organisations I have been involved with we have a core focus on collaboration, empowerment of others, creating outcomes and success based culture while promoting innovation and delivery.
If it feels like hard work, you will always be trumped by those who have passion!
That may sound wishy washy but the culmination of a variety of business experiences including ownership, start-ups, and multinational companies, has enabled me to develop a wide range and multifaceted skill set.

An internet service provider providing Fibre and Wireless Internet Connectivity in the East Coast of Bay of Plenty. Start Up to liaising with various Government Agencies for connectivity an Internet of Things provision

Organisation enabling excellence in volunteering. Assisting organisation's to Obtain, retain and maintain volunteers and protecting volunteers.
