  • Empowerment:  To empower staff, other board members and the organisation to embody the values and the purpose of the organisation and to have a collaborated approach to get it done.  

  • Compliance:  Be aware, understand and practice the compliance methodologies and requirements for the board, the organisations and it’s stakeholders.

  • Transparency:  Open Communication,  Visibility of stance and decision making process as well as any conflicts to be bought forward.
